Happy Cyber Monday!
(That really doesn't sound very festive, does it?)
I present to you...my totally random Christmas and Holiday gift guide.
Here are a few of my favorite ideas to get your creative gift-giving juices flowing. Find something for the cookie baker, aviator, men, bestie, curly girls, and just about anyone else on your list!
For the Cookie Baker:
Sweet Sugarbelle Cookie Cutters and Supplies. Find them at Michael's,
Joann's,
HSN,
Amazon, and many online baking supply retailers. The products are high quality and as cute as can be!
Sweetapolita Sprinkle Mixes. The perfect stocking stuffers for any baker. You've never seen sprinkles this fun before!
See all of the sprinkles here!
DoStix. I think I recommend these every year and this one is no exception. Roll cookie dough evenly with the washable plastic sticks in a variety of thicknesses. I love them.
Find them here.
For the Men in Your Life:
Stitch Fix for Men! Yes!
Stitch Fix now offers personal styling for men! It works the same way as the service for women: complete a style/size profile, schedule your fix, and wait for your 5 pieces to arrive. Try on, keep what you want, send back what you don't.
I signed Jack and Mr. E up for this last month. Jack's least favorite thing to do in this world is go shopping, so this is an easy way to get him to try on a few things. He kept one half-zip sweater that we both loved out of his first fix. Mr. E kept two items...one being a pair of jeans that he says are the most comfortable pair he's ever owned. I think you'll have as much fun with it as your guys will.

For the Beer Lover:
Microbrewed Beer of the Month Club. We've given my dad a few of these, and I can attest to the fact that they're well-received and something your gift-recipient will look forward to throughout the year.
See more about the clubs here.
101 Things to do with Beer. I've blogged about this little cookbook and still love it. As a matter of fact, I'm making a beer cake with one of
these beers very soon!
Find it here.
For the Cook:
KitchenAid Stand Mixer. The cook in your life needs one. No really. I'm not exaggerating. Divide the price out by cost per use and it comes out to just about nothing. They'll last for decades...you'll be the hero of Christmas. Yes, it's an appliance. No, it's not the same thing as gifting a vacuum. (Don't do that.)
Buy one here.
Cookbooks: French Desserts (available now) and Add a Pinch (pre-order). Any cook loves a beautiful new cookbook. We read them like novels and treat them like coffeetable books.
French Desserts will be ready to wrap now...
Add a Pinch is available for pre-order. Wrap a certificate saying that it's coming and it'll be like they get a second gift once it ships!
For the Aviation Lover:
Anything from 08 Left. Posters, t-shirts, art, mugs, pillows...you name it, 08 Left has it. I love the airport diagrams like the one pictured above. You can even switch up the colors.
Check it all out here.
For the Family:
Watercolor Portrait. Do yourself a favor and order a watercolor portrait for your family (I just ordered ours) by Sophie & Lili. The artist also makes the
most adorable dolls you've ever seen.
More info here.
For the Student Music Lover:
Student Symphony Pass. If you live where there is a symphony in town, check to see if they offer a student season pass. The Houston Symphony does. My dad gifted one to Jack recently and it's been one of his most loved gifts.
Houstonians, look here.
For your Bestie:
The Mercantile. Plan a girls' trip to
The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in Oklahoma. Stay at the
Grandview Inn Bed & Breakfast. (Take me with you.)
Fair Trade Friday. Sign your bestie up for a few months or a year of the Fair Trade Friday boxes, Earring or Bracelet of the Month Clubs. Do good and look cute doing it!

My Saint Hero. Stackable bracelets, stunning necklaces, dangly earrings...all with a beautiful message.

Tieks. Yes, pricey. Yes, worth it. My Tieks have been traveled all over the country (and even to Canada....yes, I'm a world traveler), walked hundreds of miles, they've even braved the mall at Christmastime. They're my go-to travel and everyday shoe. So many cute colors to choose from, these foldable, packable, COMFORTABLE little shoes even come in a darling gift box and include a travel pouch.
See them all here.
For the Curly Girls:
Product. If you know a curly girl, you know she has a graveyard of products that don't work in her bathroom cabinet. Treat her to some that actually work. They're a splurge, so she might not treat herself. Some of my favorites are

For Just about Anyone:
Harry & David Royal Riviera Pears. While you're at it, buy a box for yourself.

Trader Joe's Box. Why not put together a box of Trader Joe's goodies for someone who doesn't live near a shop? Use
our reviews to put together a list of 5-star goodies.
Neiman Marcus Chocolate Covered Potato Chips. These might be the only thing I've ever purchased at Neiman Marcus, but it makes me really happy to do so. My mom started buying these 20 years or so ago at Christmastime...and I love buying and giving them now...and thinking of her.
