We've reviewed traditional chocolate Hold the Cones; we've reviewed Pumpkin Ginger Ice Cream Mouthfuls. Both of them received the full 5 stars from both Jack and me. How could we possibly pass up the Pumpkin Ginger Hold the Cone mini ice cream cones? And will they live up to their predecessors, especially now with Mr. E taking over Jack's reviewing post?
Pumpkin Ginger Hold the Cones are mini ice cream cones...pumpkin ice cream, a ginger cone, and white confectionery coating dip. The cones are small, 3 per serving. A box of 8 cones costs $2.99.
She said: Ahhhhh, my pumpkin/ginger ice cream dreams have once again been realized. These little guys are SO good. Creamy pumpkin ice cream, a soft (but not mushy) spiced ginger cone, and just the right amount of confectionery dip on the top. While not overly spiced, the flavor lingers even after the cone is gone. Also, I appreciate that Trader Joe's lists the calorie info for not only a serving size but the entire box. You get me, TJ's; you really get me.

He said: These are surprisingly gooooood! The pumpkin and ginger flavors are perfectly balanced and stand out even under the candy coating on top. There's no need to sugar coat my opinion. These babies rock! Oh, and like those potato chip commercials..."you can't eat just one!"

Trader Joe's Pumpkin Ginger Hold the Cone (mini ice cream cones): 5 stars all around!
