Since we're back to just Mr. E and me, we decided to review a little Trader Joe's wine. Specifically, Two-Buck Chuck.
Yep, we're reviewing Trader Joe's bargain wines. Mr. E thought it would be fun to do a little taste test of all three red varieties. The wines actually are called "Charles Shaw," but are lovingly referred to as "two-buck chuck" because they cost about two dollars (depending on your store location). At our store, the bottles are $1.99 each. Yes, with corks, not screwtops!
We're reviewing a Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Shiraz. Since we're not exactly oenophiles, we're presenting our reviews on our Letterboard.
Merlot:
(90's in a good-ish way.)
Cabernet Sauvignon:

[note: We have no affiliation with Trader Joe's. I'm sure they have never read this blog and have no idea who we are. Hey, we like being incognito, although we never wear sunglasses indoors. ;)]
