I remember when frozen yogurt shops first started opening in our city. I was a teenager and we would drive 30 minutes to get fro-yo. We were addicted. One of my mom's friends, Sue, went early one day, came home, changed her clothes, and went back later. My mom had good friends, and they were obviously good role models for me. ;)
My love of fro-yo had not waned. It's SO easy to make at home. Surprisingly easy.
There are a few "secret" ingredients that make homemade frozen yogurt creamy, luscious, and velvety.
