Stovetop Potpourri
Hi! Hi! Happy 2019! Jack is still home from college for a few more days, and we've been loving every single bit of having our little family under one roof. ♥
Anyone else starting January OBSESSED with watching Tidying Up on Netflix? I read Marie's book a few years ago...I must say, that folding method WORKS! My drawers are still neat and tidy to this day. (But, please don't look in our spare room closet!)
Why does it sometimes feel that once January hits, we should be onto all things spring? Y'all, I'm still in full-on snuggle mode around here. Bring on the quilts (even though it was in the 70s yesterday) and the fluffy socks. I also love my house to SMELL cozy. That's a thing, right?
As much as I love a good candle...and I do...there's something about stovetop potpourri that seems to disseminate fragrance like nothing else. And, there's the nostalgia factor. My mom used to buy mulling spices just to simmer them on the stove.
Over on The Pioneer Woman Food & Friends, I'm sharing 4 of my favorite stovetop potpourri scents and a few tips and tricks. (*ahem* You don't even have to use your stove!)
All of them will have your home feeling and smelling cozy.
C'mon over to Ree's and let's make some stovetop potpourri!
