Trader Joe's Crepe Wafer Cookies. Described on the box as "buttery thin crispy wafer cookies." They're a product of France, ooo-la-la, and a box will cost you $2.49.
She says (me): I was not expecting much from these. They looked plain and a little boring. Well, this is why we're warned not to judge a book by its cover. These cookies are perfection. Thin, flaky, and full of flavor. The taste is exactly like that of a sugar cone with a flaky, light texture I just can't put my finger on. They're exquisite. Yes, they'd be excellent paired with ice cream, but I can't stop eating these long enough to be bothered to open the freezer.
Overall rating: 5 of 5 stars
He says (Jack): I love the smooth texture and how light and flaky these are. I feel like I could eat a ton of them, but they're big enough that I might not be able to...they don't scream "crepe", but I bet they would go nicely with one!
Overall rating: 4 out of 5 stars
