Coconut Butter-Banana Smoothie
(a satisfying smoothie that's gluten-free, dairy-free, and free of added sugars)
1 cup vanilla or regular rice milk (homemade preferred)
3/4 cup ice
1 medium to large banana
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch fine sea salt
Place rice milk and ice in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve. Make 1 large, or two small smoothies.
