Strawberry Fluff Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
YIELD: 18 servings
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3 cups whipped topping such as Cool Whip or cocowhip, thawed
2 1/2 tablespoons strawberry jello mix, dry
1 cup diced strawberries
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
zest from 1/2 lemon, finely grated
pinch fine sea salt
Using the whisk attachment of a mixer, beat the cream cheese until completely smooth and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and beat on medium until combined, scraping the sides as needed.
Cover and refrigerate until serving or serve immediately. Remaining dip can be stored in an air-tight container for 2-3 days.
